We booked a party bus with bathroom to the commanders game and we had a blast. Got a quote by email booked online and appreciated the customer service followup and confirmation of my booking. Our driver Dwayne showed up half hour early. He was a great help, friendly and professional, and most importantly we received a safe drive to and from the game. Booked a 30 passenger bus for a birthday party. While it was a really tight fit for all the guests the ride was comfortable. The driver was courteous and professional. All of the guests enjoyed the experience of using the party bus. The phone agents when booking were very helpful in making sure booking went through smoothly. While there did end up being a discrepancy in our initial booking they were able to quickly resolve the issue.

We had a great experience with Uptown Bus! our driver arrived early, he was very personable and friendly. I had two buses picking up from separate locations and dropped us off at one destination (round trips). Planning this was very easy with online scheduling, they reached out quickly with questions and confirmed my busses the day I booked them. I would use them again!
